Our sintering pastes are validated through rigorous power cycling and reliability testing on silicon and silicon carbide packaging — the same qualification tests your customers use to approve materials for the field. Our pastes are designed to fit seamlessly into pressure-sintering production flows, with short cycle times and no lengthy bake-out requirements.
